As we live in a heavily digital age we never really leave work behind once we’ve finished for the day, clients and colleagues can get in contact 24/7 and 365 days a year. We are also constantly checking emails and social media; it’s important to set time out during the day to specifically to reply to emails. It’s important to take a break and distance yourself from time to time it won’t be detrimental to your business. In fact, it will have the opposite effect.
